No. All group education sessions and initial 1-on-1 sessions are completely complimentary, with no obligation to move forward with any additional services*.

Employees gain a better understanding of how workplace benefits work and why they matter. Sessions will help explain key features such as elegibility, contribution types and saving strategies to help support long-term goals so they can make more confident financial decisions.

How are the sessions delivered?

We offer flexible options, including on-site presentations, virtual sessions, and one-on-one educational sessions. We’ll work with you to align with your schedule, including during open enrollment periods.

Will this replace any of our current workplace benefit providers or advisors?

No. These sessions are designed to complement your existing workplace benefits by helping employees better understand and utilize the benefits already available to them.
